A DAY IN THE LIFE
To support our Cardiac Rhythm Management business in the Benelux, we are currently looking for a fulltime dynamic and passionate Junior Marketing Specialist with excellent interpersonal/ communication skills, proven expertise in marketing & project management and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. This is a great challenge for a process-driven marketeer with a flexible attitude and ability to plan, organize and execute a project independently and on time.
We offer you a position where you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and product launches supporting the growth of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business in the Benelux.
The CRM business consists of Cardiac Pacing Therapies (Pacemaker systems with innovations as conduction system pacing and leadless pacing), Defibrillation Solutions (ICD systems with innovations as the Extravascular ICD), Cardiac Device Diagnostics (implantable loop recorders with innovations like artificial intelligence) and Patient Care Systems (remote monitoring for devices). In this marketing role, you will work closely together with the Marketing Specialist Benelux. You will report to the acting Marketing Manager CRM Benelux and Nordics. You are expected to be residing in Belgium and willing to travel occasionally to the Netherlands.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology with at least 3 years of working experience in marketing role/environment OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience in a marketing role/environment
- Experience in an international company, in a matrix environment
- Experience in working with different functions and customer facing
- Demonstrated successful operations management across field/ customers projects
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems, SalesForce.com

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Marketing Specialist Benelux to execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence including (but not limited to) launch planning, launch forecasting, marketing mix optimization, field sales launch/campaign readiness training and customer meetings
- Disseminate new materials (e.g. new clinical evidence, marketing materials) and manage localization adaptation
- Organize local training on campaigns/ launches for the field, local customer events like summits, congresses, and round-tables discussions
- Supporting Benelux Sales teams with local marketing tactics development and execution
- Supporting market and customer insights generation including competitive intelligence
