Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
To facilitate and steer media plans, media budgets, and invoice management for the Middle East organization. Ensure the maintenance, tracking, and optimization of these processes using the right business tools (Media X) while upholding high-quality standards in line with defined audit requirements. Provide strong partnership and support to the Media Manager and the broader Media and Digital teams.
MEDIA TASKS
- Collaborate with the media team on budget planning, management, and optimization, ensuring alignment with company and category priorities.
- Support Media Manager and PM Lead in implementing Golden Rules with the media agency.
- Work closely with brand teams to create media briefs based on campaign objectives and manage communication between brand and agency teams.
- Assist in media plan execution and perform quality checks to ensure KPIs and efficiencies are met.
- Monitor and report on competitive media updates.
