Our Junior Engagement Training Program (JET Program) is a two (2) year program designed for early career professionals and graduates. This is a great opportunity for an early career professional to join our Medical Information team. You’ll work alongside multicultural and diverse group of peers, in the challenging and fast-paced life science sector.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Have completed studies in pharmacy, nursing or relevant scientific disciplines such as Drug Development or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Experience in a medical information, call centre or customer service role (preferable within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry), is highly suitable.
  • Proficiency in literature search and technical writing, is preferred.
  • Native and professional-level proficiency in Japanese, Korean or Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly developed organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Receive, assess, and address medical information enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal client staff.
  • Conduct literature searches using PubMed or Medline to gather relevant information for query resolution.
  • Provide timely responses to customer queries with accurate technical and scientific information.
  • Ensure proper reporting and follow-up of potential adverse events and product complaints.
  • Adhere to relevant regulations and client requirements regarding customer complaints, adverse events and enquiries.
  • Translating documents between English and Japanese or Korean or Mandarin, and providing translated responses through phone calls or written communication (where applicable)
