PROJECT ACTIVITY (2023-2025)

• Analyse BRs and support Senior BA in granting coherence of BRs across the Les;
• Perform Functional Analysis and grant the good quality of Functional Analysis performed by Source System and Oracle;
• Perform bug analysis during testing phases and proper assignment to the technical team;
• Support Senior Business Analyst in defining the Product Owner the proper project timeline for the functional activities;
• Evaluate nightly batches errors and assign to the proper technical team;
• Perform no regression tests in case of the release of new functionalities and patched by the provider;
• Draft reports on functional topics (eg #batch error in a month) for the Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good Experience as IT Business Analyst
• Knowledge of Anti Financial Crime Processes (Anti Money Laundering, Name Screening, Customer Risk Rating, Know Your Questionnaire, Transaction Monitoring)
• Good Knowledge of Anti Financial Crime market solutions (eg Oracle, Gianos, Smaragt, Nice Actimmize)
• Knowledge and experience of Agile Methodology
• Knowledge and experience with data quality controls
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access)

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Analyse BRs and support Senior BA in granting coherence of BRs across the LEs
• Perform Functional Analysis and grant the good quality of Functional Analysis performed by Source System and Oracle
• Support Senior Business Analyst in defining the Product Owner the proper project timeline for the functional activities
• Evaluate nightly batches errors and assign to the proper technical team
• Analyses productive incidents and properly address to the vendor or proper application
• Perform bug analysis during testing phases and proper assignment to the technical team
• Draft reports on functional topics (eg #batch error in a month) for the Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner
• Perform functional no regression test before release of Oracle patches
