JUNIOR/MID MOTION DESIGNER
Salary: £25-35,000 pro rata
Job Type: Part-time (3-days per week), 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: London office

Spitfire are looking for a talented Junior-Mid Motion Designer to join its expanding team. You will have an interest in music and have an exceptional knowledge of designing for all social channels and have an in-depth knowledge of After Effects.
Working alongside our Creative Director and the Social Media Manager you will support from the initial brief through to delivering a wide range of assets which bring our creative ideas to life. The scope will vary day-to-day from quick social assets, reels to full scale video campaign teasers and cut downs.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and be comfortable working with vector illustrations, typography and varying lengths of footage.
SKILLS:
- Efficient in After Effects, Figma and the Adobe Suite

Responsibilities:
- Keep up to date with latest social trends
- Ensure delivery of all creative work is on time and to a high standard
- Understand and inform adhere to brand guidelines
- Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various media, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Develop assets and animations based on brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual style across all projects.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to execute concepts, from initial ideas to final renders.
