Description:

DSCOVR, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is looking for a highly motivated Junior/Middle Growth Manager to join its team. Specifically, the person identified will be responsible for the sales process of DSCOVR’s core products. As a Junior/Middle Growth Manager, he or she will then play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads and ultimately growing the company’s revenue.

In this role, the person will be responsible for.

  • Research, prospecting and qualification: actively seek out new business opportunities using research and prospecting strategies to identify potential customers, determine whether a prospect is actually interested and whether he or she meets the criteria established by the company to be considered a qualified lead.
  • Initial Contact: Make phone calls, send e-mails, and use all communication channels made available to set up meetings with prospects.
  • Product DEMO: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients by identifying their needs and proposing solutions in line with requirements;
  • Client Management: support clients in the use of agreed products and services and cultivate the client relationship for re-selling, up-selling and cross-selling activities;

The selected person will also:

  • Work with the entire sales and marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and engage prospects and customers in company events and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the product team to collect and value feedback and interesting insights with respect to the product from customers;
  • Be responsible for keeping all sales activities and customer interactions up-to-date in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

  • French fluency is a

  • Passion for technology and Saas platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
