You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s corporate governance framework. The role involves preparing and organizing meeting materials, ensuring accurate minutes of board and committee meetings, maintaining records, and managing various administrative and technical functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of board and committee meeting minutes across the group
- Handle board and committee meeting documentation
- Manage the calendar and ensure timely coordination of meetings
- Keep corporate governance and meeting records organized and up to date
- Provide administrative and technical support for governance-related functions.
