Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Junior/Middle IT Analyst in Tricity or Warsaw with a hybrid mode of cooperation for our respectful client in the banking field.
This is an opportunity for you to join a team of experts driving the success of pivotal projects and initiatives within the largest bank in Nordics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge in capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT design and development
• Proven experience in clarifying, documenting, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements by using data, process, or information modeling
• Technical literacy, knowledge of relevant tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL databases
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, XP, and Kanban
• Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly complex level within a specific platform and competence area
• Being able to explain and report technical complexity in a less technical language
• Have a focus on continuous improvement of service provided by the team
• Are creative and innovative with strong problem-solving skills
• Have experience in working internationally and with multicultural awareness
• Proficiency in English and communication skills
