JUNIOR NETWORK & IOT ENGINEER

Currently we are looking for a Jr Networking and IoT Engineer to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with employees and clients on devices/solution-related technical issues
  • Provide guidance on integrating our products into client solutions and addressing their challenges with Teltonika Networks products through written communication and online meetings
  • Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them
  • Prepare technical documentation and technical tasks
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions
  • Self-sufficient resolution of technical issues originating from customer’s configuration, firmware/software, other sources
  • Preparing documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki)
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and Teltonika Networks R&D/Headquarters for complex technical challenges
  • Have hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals
