We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Onboarding & HR Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Team with candidate sourcing and the wider HR team in delivering a compliant and efficient onboarding process. This role will develop over time to ensure that all new hires not only have the best candidate experience but meet the required standards for employment within the care sector and assist with the administration of HR processes. The coordinator will ensure that employee records comply with CQC regulations, manage pre-employment checks, and help to maintain a high standard of compliance across HR function
Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Compliance:
