Description:
JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer-facing fulfillment process, which includes tracking, analysing, and managing delays in customer orders. You’ll work closely with our Supply Chain Managers, as well as cross-functional teams like Customer Care, Finance, and Operations, to improve processes and drive efficiencies. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw or Robakowo.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- monitor open orders daily, track customer orders to spot potential delays and communicate issues promptly
- improve order tracking, collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows, analyse pending orders, and ensure clear communication
- optimise order flow, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost efficiency
- ensure a customer-first approach, act as the main contact for Customer Care, resolving order-related concerns swiftly
- support special projects, assist in B2B and offline Store operations for seamless order fulfilment
- work cross-functionally, and act as a partner for teams across the Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience
