YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of professional experience, including internships in consulting, finance, SaaS, or operational roles
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) or CSM tools (e.g., Planhat) is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Fluency in German and English is required

Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Assist in managing and executing customer and internal projects
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
Process Improvement:
- Analyse and optimise processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows
Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, organise, and analyse data related to operations and onboarding processes
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across Product, Delivery, Customer Support, and Sales to support integrated initiatives (e.g., the user story and feature creation process or global sales push initiatives)
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to achieve project goals
