Junior Ops/Application Support Engineer

• Have an experience in MSSQL,
• Have an experience in C#,
• Have an experience in GIT,
• Communicate in English (B2 level),
• Are communicative,
• Have illingness to develop your skills.

You’ll get extra points for:

• Experience in .NET,
• Experience in Powershell,
• Knowledge about the Docker solution.

Your responsibilities:

• Cooperation with application users and the development team,
• Handling problems submitted by clients and team colleagues,
• Improving technological environment,
• Data creation and modification using SQL,
• Problem investigation,
• Application maintenance,
• Providing security-related documentation based on the current state of application.

Information about the squad:
Our team (18 people) is based in Katowice, when we meet once a week to work together in the office. We focus mostly on KYC-related software solutions. Currently we use .NET on the backend side and both Angular and React on the frontend side.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer I/II”
