ABOUT THE TEAM:

As a Junior Partnership and Affiliate Manager UK/IE you will be part of exciting new growth of the partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. We are building up a team to support this growth, giving you the opportunity to manage direct partnerships and our affiliate programs for our two meal kit brands in the UK. You will project manage affiliate campaigns that will drive our performance and expand our portfolio. You will also develop existing direct partnerships in the assigned country and collaborate closely with the local and global Growth Partnerships teams. To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience and a proven track record in the affiliate and partnership industry, with a passion for forming professional relationships and an innovative approach to optimizing business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Partnership and Affiliate Manager ensuring leading the campaign management of all campaigns handed over by the Business Development team
  • Be responsible for the campaign management within the UK market’s direct strategic partnerships and affiliate programs, managing live campaigns, partner retention, and performance. This includes campaign setup, finalising creative, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns and reporting
  • Usage of tools such as Impact Radius and Awin to track performance
  • Management of direct partners and agencies i.e. Silverbean and being able to build strong relationships with both to ensure seamless campaigns with great results and strong partner retention
  • Be the primary contact and support for your strategic direct and affiliate partners in the UK for our HelloFresh and Green Chef brands
  • Harness your data-driven mindset to optimize partner performance/campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Create forecasts for your portfolio and track key account metrics to prepare and present regular performance analysis and insights
  • Share learnings with other local markets to optimize campaigns
  • Manage performance, budget and strategy for Affiliates IE through our agency
