Job Requirements;

  • Completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk or degree in business studies
  • Basic understanding of handling confidential data discreetly
  • Proficiency in English
  • Initial practical experience in the field of E-Commerce Payments, Fraud & Debtor Management (from a merchant or provider perspective) is a plus
  • Basic analytical skills and structured approach with a focus on details
  • Team-oriented work style, with guidance in more complex situations
  • Self-motivated, takes ownership, is persistent and goal oriented
  • interest in financial and fraud prevention aspects in E-commerce
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new digital tool

Responsibilities:

  • Junior support in defining and optimizing the Payment & 3DS Strategy for our online shops (web & app) across different countries
  • Assistance in evaluating, controlling, and selecting external payment service providers
  • Implementation and ongoing development of relevant payment methods in close collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Collaborative involvement in managing, controlling, and coordinating payment processes with external service providers and internal departments
  • Support in conducting market analyses and integrating best practices and solutions
  • Contribution to cross-divisional projects related to payment and fraud prevention
  • Collaboration in developing specific internal reporting
