REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree: Commercial engineer, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineer or any related area.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a payroll analyst
• Intermediate English skills
• Proficiency Microsoft office skillsExperience in a multinational company desirable

• Analyzes, audits, reconciles, and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.
• Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing.
• May ensure time systems are compliant with company policy and government regulations
