Description:
OVERVIEW
Our new Junior People Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing our People Operations processes, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of key HR services, and leading critical projects that impact the entire organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to handling day-to-day operations while also focusing on long-term strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- People Operations Management: Oversee and manage the full spectrum of People Operations activities, including contract creation, payroll management, employee data maintenance, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, relocation, and visa support.
- Project Management: Support the implementation of new HR tools and processes, including the integration of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and the rollout of an engagement tool.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and high service levels across all People Operations activities.
- Process Improvement: Support People Operations processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, especially in the context of rapid company growth.
- HRIS Integration: Be involved in the integration of the new HRIS, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Benefits Setup: Design and implement new employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse and expanding workforce.
