Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally in agencies or start-ups.
  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with at least €100,000 monthly adspend under your control.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a passion for performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to dive deep into audience insights and excite them with tailored messaging.
  • Excellent direct response copywriting skills to create ads that drive action.
  • Passion for social media trends and the ability to adapt them effectively into campaigns.
  • Fluent in German and business-level English proficiency.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools like GA4, Meta Business Manager and Attribution Tools like Klar
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective creative strategies that enhance campaign performance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with an innate ability to triple-check all aspects of campaign launches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • A proactive, self-driven team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with a passion for project management.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish, ensuring the achievement of KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Optimize Campaigns: Continuously conceptualize and iterate on creative marketing strategies, ensuring maximum performance for social ad campaigns.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content through detailed creative briefings.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage direct response social ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, driving business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate ad account performance, focusing on key KPIs and ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI and growth.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform campaign strategies and test new angles and opportunities.- Content and Ad Testing: Plan and brief content production, continually testing and optimizing ads to improve performance.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy and scripts for ads that capture attention and drive action.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and analyze detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights to guide budget allocation and strategy refinements.
  • International Expansion: Lead the internationalization of campaigns, adapting strategies to new markets and driving growth.
  • Innovation: Identify and test new channels, as well as innovative marketing opportunities based on commercial KPIs and customer insights.
