ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To ensure maximum uptime of all critical business applications.
• To ensure we minimise the chances of any security breaches.
• To continually look for ways to optimise the infrastructure for better performance and overall reduction in operational costs.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• AWS management and architecture experience.
• The twelve-factor app methodology
• Thorough networking and security knowledge.
• Exposure to system performance and capacity planning, platform upgrades, root cause analysis and application change management processes.
• Exposure to problem analysis and complex IT solutions.
• Exposure to ISO27001

• Analyze and resolve technical, application and production incidents
• Design and implement automated solutions to address operational issues across product boundaries and development team
• Automation of Application deployments and their Scaling
• Respond to incidents and alerts from our Observability software
• Data Management and Backup Strategies
• Management and support of the CI/CD pipelines
• Keeping Up with Cloud Security Standards
