WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will bring your educational background in Business, Economics and/or Humanistic studies with 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and Human Resources.
Dynamic and proactive, you are showing ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters.
Moreover, you have excellent communication skills in English, interpersonal and project management skills and a strong sense of ownership.
On top of this, you will bring your strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP HR.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are currently looking for a Junior HRBP for People & Organization function and PMO Support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

By covering this position, you will be focused on Project Management in supporting the Project Leader in leading cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver functional projects.
You will provide your support in tracking project progress, align on meetings with all key stakeholders, incorporating the feedback of senior leadership team into the next action steps.
Moreover, during the project’s design phase, you will flag issues and risks, deep diving into the root causes, driving for mitigation action plans while supporting the implementation and follow up for assigned projects. Preparing regular meetings with different stakeholders for alignment, progress and KPIs tracking will also be under your responsibility.
On top of that, your role will be to coordinate with functional and cross-functional teams for input and work on different streams to ensure key milestones are achieved on time.
You will maintain project documents, including material for reporting and governance as per guidelines while providing suggestions to creative solutions and continuous improvements to project challenges.
Furthermore, you will also provide support to HRBP related activities.
In close collaboration with the Recruitment Center team and Headhunter agencies, you will support in recruitment processes. In relation you will manage job postings, screening, interviews for internal and external candidates.
Your will also be involved in the onboarding and separation processes performing related system actions for employees.
Last but not least, you will be involved in budget planning activities preparing regularly and ad hoc reports and presentations.
