We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Junior Pricing Manager (all genders) to join our growing Pricing team of four. Our team serves as an interface between the commercial, marketing, and purchasing departments, while collaborating closely with management to establish pricing strategies, set price levels, and organize promotional activities to meet company goals.

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will run competitive pricing rounds for specific countries and upload prices, using a detailed-oriented approach to spot mistakes
- You create Vouchers for onsite actions and marketing channels, based on previous analysis related to performance
- Ensure and develop scalable processes together with our product team across countries, challenge existing processes in order to ensure efficiency
- In addition, you collaborate closely with the commercial, purchasing and marketing teams for pricing related campaign setup
- You monitor our performance and setting up daily/weekly/monthly reporting You run pricing tests in order to improve our core KPIs through an efficient pricing strategy
- Together with your team, you take over projects and ad-hoc requests, such as analysis of pricing adjustments and strategic price optimization
- You independently research and implement the pricing strategy in international markets
