KEY OBJECTIVE:

We’re looking for a Junior Product Executive to join our Product Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven personality to join a growing Brand. You will influence key decisions and help shape the future growth of the business. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with product and lives for numbers. You’ll actively participate in trade reviews to ensure we have the right product to maximise on sales opportunities. Your expertise will also help take reporting & analysis to the next level. When it comes to stock, we are looking for someone who takes pride in striving towards accuracy, and having the right stock, in the right place and at the right time to contribute towards financial targets.

  • Collaboration: This is a key role with the responsibility to collaborate with multiple functions within the business.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Working with the Merchandising Team to plan and forecast retail replenishment based on demand.
  • Supplier Relations: Supporting the product team with supply planning from calendar creation to production management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
  • Strong analytical ability and genuine interest in numbers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Self-motivated and results driven

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse store stock levels and sales
  • Weekly order replenishment support for our Retail Stores
  • Weekly meetings with our Retail Trade & Operations Manager to discuss trade opportunities in order to maximise on potential
  • Numerical and analytical with the ability to make key decisions based on the data
  • Support the Merchandise and Production Departments with implementing new reporting for the business
  • Create and manage all SKUs on our ERP system.
  • Ensure the production calendar is up to date, keep the team informed of any changes, and maintain accurate purchase orders in our ERP system.
  • Sample Management: Record keeping of physical and digital tech packs that outline product attributes, collaborate with suppliers to verify specifications, and efficiently managing samples for cross-functional teams.
  • Other admin duties.

  • Commercially astute in understanding our customer, competitors and what will drive the business forward.
