Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Product Growth Manager at Razor Group, your primary focus will be on identifying and executing new product launch opportunities across the brand portfolio. You will play a crucial role in accelerating sales growth through the introduction of new products in various categories, such as home interior goods, toys, pets, outdoor equipment, sports gear, and more. Overall, your role as a Junior Product Growth Manager at Razor Group will be dynamic and critical to the company’s success in driving sales growth through new product innovation!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • conducting market research to assess the demand, competition, and profitability of potential new products
  • developing strategies for product differentiation and pricing that will give the new products a competitive advantage in the market; involves conducting competitor analysis and identifying unique selling points for the products
  • collaborating with vendors to negotiate favorable terms on pricing, product features, and minimum order quantities; building strong relationships with vendors will be crucial to ensuring the successful launch of new products
  • continuously challenging and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • identifying areas that can be automated to streamline operations and enable faster decision-making
  • working closely with brand managers to brainstorm and develop new product ideas
  • collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams as it will be essential in bringing new products to market

To succeed in this role you:

  • have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup, a consulting firm, or a marketing/product role at an e-commerce/FMCG company
  • completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and being proactive with a hands-on approach
  • hold strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • have an eye for detail to help you in analyzing data and spotting opportunities
  • possess proficient Excel skills for effective communication and data analysis
  • have experience with e-commerce and/or Amazon FBA businesses is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement!
  • are business fluent in English; other languages are a plus
