As part of the Product Management team, you will be the central point of contact for other departments, i.e. Sales, Operations, Actuarial department, Legal & Compliance and IT in all product related issues.

Your role:

• Review the existing insurance product portfolio related to the French-speaking markets on a regular basis, recommend specifications or adaptations or develop new products according to the market, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Participate in identifying the product pricing, developing illustration tools, managing review of the contractual documentation and performing cross border case analysis.
• Take in charge of the PRIIPs regulatory project.
• Manage the product-related projects from concept, to design, technical implementation and promotion of the solution.
• Assess market competition by comparing the products to competitors’ products, monitor the legal and regulatory environment, and propose appropriate measures.
• Appraise new product ideas to contribute to our innovative market approach.

Your profile:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• A first work experience with an exposure to actuarial/underwriting/product management or legal context in the insurance industry
• Business fluency in English and French
• A strong communicator and team player with excellent writing, content structuring and organizational skills
• Experience with managing interdisciplinary projects
• A creative and open minded individual with high level of autonomy and responsibility reflected in your daily work
• Self-driven individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to understand different perspectives of your stakeholders
• High level of internal and external service orientation and readiness to deal with complex and challenging topics
