Junior Product Manager (Growth)

DEINE MISSION

The Growth team owns the entire journey from the moment a user downloads our app for the first time to becoming an active customer. We work together with stakeholders across the company to deliver the best experience and to support our ambitious growth goals.

As a junior product manager, you will play a key part in defining what we work on, what the solution looks like and making sure we deliver the final product to our users successfully. You will get deep insights into different problem spaces such as onboarding, search and trading and collaborate with stakeholders across the company from Design to Engineering, QA, Marketing and more. Help shape and prioritize the roadmap of the team based on business goals, user feedback, market research and data analytics

• Own features end-to-end – from ideation, to delivery, launch, feedback, success tracking and beyond
• Work closely with functions such as Design, Engineering and Data to find the best solutions for our users
• Define functional and non-functional requirements that fulfill customer needs and match business goals
• Familiar with the fundamental product methodologies; ability to structure & slice requirements with a pragmatic working attitude
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, Operations and Strategy
• Make an impact by contributing to companywide initiatives that define the way we work
