You will bring your university Master’s Degree background in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent and your experience of 0-2 years in Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Global Marketing team for a Maternity Leave Substitution. You will support the Senior Product Manager in the strategic development of innovative projects for the Kinder Bueno brand.
You will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic and international environment, focusing on a broad set of activities, such as data analysis, interpretation of quantitative and qualitative tools of market researches, preparation of briefing and coordination of internal processes on receipe and format/template management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be an active contributor to the development of the full marketing mix for the current projects, collaborating with key functions (Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling, Operations) for project’s industrialization.
You will support the Senior PM in consumer research, briefing the research department and taking part to the research field activities. You will support the analysis of research results, in order to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning, and organize the production of samples/mock ups working with Internal Labs or external agencies.
You will have the opportunity to create ADV briefs for Design/Communication agencies, participate in the evaluation of the works to select the winning ones and finally ensure the completion of the activities. You will support the improvement of Piano Statico execution to maximize market impact, shelf visibility and product potential. You will also brief and align on editorial plans with our Kinder Digital team for the Global Kinder bueno social media platforms.
You will contribute to the development and assessment of full marketing mix across countries (consumer, market, quality, profitability, etc) including the crafting of a global framework for a communication platform in collaboration with external Communication and Media agencies, Area Marketing, BU’s and other relevant functions.
Regarding competition monitoring, you will conduct global marketplace analysis, monitoring new launches, looking for input and new trends. You will monitor the costs versus budget and, if necessary, implement corrective actions.
Finally, you will supervise timely creation of ingredients list and nutritional information and supervise trademark deposit or renovation.
