We are seeking a Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about technology and interested in learning to improve a product.
Here’s what we offer:
Tasks. Participate in roadmap creation and delivery. Assist our Head of Product on research, documentation and ongoing projects.
Career. Junior Product Manager Product Manager Senior Product Manager. Depending on how Adspert is developing.
Working hours. Flexible. Only coordinate it with our head of product. At least 4hrs overlap with her schedule.
Work style. Proactive. Highly organized with a focus on solutions. And having a lot of freedom and fun.
Team. Join your team of 5. They are doing our B2B product roadmap, requirements + release management, UI/UX and frontend.
Place of work. Remote. Travel only for company get-togethers once a year.
Equipment. You get what you need.
Company Size. Around 30 employees working mostly from Berlin or remote.
Politics. None. Decisions within 24 hours. We prefer to think and decide for ourselves.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Problem solver. You are solution-orientated with an excellent level of attention to details and the ability to juggle with multiple responsibilities.
Previous roles. You worked in Project Management, as Personal Assistance, in Product Management, as CSM or similar.
Experience. At least 2 years. Experience in tech-related product management is a plus.
Language skills. Excellent written and spoken English (C2). German is a plus.
Communication. You communicate clearly and effectively, making it easy to explain complex concepts.
Technical knowledge. Strategic thinking, combined with the ability to handle tech stacks and Interest in AI, tech and innovation.
Education. You have successfully completed a degree in international-, business or product management or related fields.
Generalist. You are highly organized, data-driven, and reliable, with a passion for analytics, AI, and ownership of your work.

Support the Head of Product. Assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects.
Contribute. Help create and deliver roadmaps; conduct customer and competitor research.
Collect, review and Process. Business Information, customer feedback and requests.
Administration Support. Aid in the management of partner platforms and relationships.
Work on project scoping, web application analyses and documentation.
Solving problems. Collaborate with team members to develop new processes and optimize our products.
