Are you a Product Manager within the food industry who has strong leadership skills & a solution-oriented approach? Do you want to work with the market-leading food company in Sweden in a highly collaborative & business-driven team in an international environment? We are searching for a Junior Product Manager for our Private Label business to join the Arla Sweden Marketing team in Stockholm with placement at our Solna HQ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive multiple & diverse project workstreams & tasks – e.g.
• Investigate Private Label tenders and support sales projects
• Launch new products for our customers
• Optimize the products & packaging of our customers (design, product quality, nutritional content, sustainability profile…)
• Support internal projects such as cost efficiency & CAPEX
• Act as first point of contact to dairies, logistics & global product management, and secure efficient cross functional stakeholder management between category and support functions – e.g. NPD, Global product management, Demand- & Supply planning, Quality, Packaging, Legal…
• Plan & prioritize projects & tasks to secure efficiency & wellbeing together with other PMs
