Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT DEEPL?
Learn on the job by helping to deliver a roadmap on an impactful product. You are analytical, customer focused, dive into the detail and love working with highly technical teams on complex problems. You will start by supporting an experienced PM working with the Voice Tech team to deliver impact at scale. There are growth opportunities as we scale the Voice product.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help define the mission, strategy, and roadmap to enhance account and team management experience for individuals and businesses using DeepL.
- Work closely with the engineering team and help shape their product backlog
- Lead a collaborative team process to translate user and business needs into development requirements that drive impact
- Co-own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and driving measurable business impact
- Participate in defining the metrics and KPIs to measure and report progress
- Communicate strategy, ideas and concepts clearly, aimed at the right audience, with the help of insight and data
- Identify opportunities for new features and products that leverage the global scale of our user base and data
