Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Junior Product Owner (Product Manager) to join the Investment Solutions Agile Transformation product team. This role is responsible for key initiatives including programs and platforms that support our Advisory Strategies including PIM (Private Investment Management) and Alternative Investments in the Personalized - UMA programs.
In this role, you will:
- Support product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Engage stakeholders, project and product managers, and Technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives
- Lead an Agile team(s), providing product direction, issue resolution with guidance from a more senior product manager.
- Support the definition of project objectives, key results, and outcomes, as well as tracking and monitoring results
- Partner with Technology teams daily to refine requirements, clarify features, and oversee daily scrum meetings
- Participate in planning and strategy sessions, defining the roadmap for the next quarter and next six quarters ("Big Room Planning")
- Support overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services

Job Expectations:
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours to support product development/delivery needs
