As a Junior Project Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and revenues to ensure accurate financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in analyzing project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing recommendations to project managers.
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely client billing sheets for invoicing.
• Reconcile project expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare regular financial reports summarising project financial status, highlighting variances, and providing insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with project teams and cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand project requirements, and provide financial guidance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
