Description:

We are now looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our highly skilled, Project Controls team . Reporting directly to the Governance Risk and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the project controls team in areas such as risk tracking and mitigation, project reporting, maintaining records and keeping minutes, and trend monitoring. You will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring records and registers are maintained to a high level
  • Liaison/stakeholder engagement with associated teams and management
  • Analysis of progress and performance of the project
  • General, ad-hoc administrative support to the project team

This is a fulltime, permanent role, and is based in Brisbane CBD.
