YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or similar
  • Initial experience in supporting procurement and invoicing processes, e.g. through internships or working student positions
  • Basic knowledge in working with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and in master data management is advantageous
  • Interest in conducting software tests and working with various processes
  • Open for tasks in project management and enjoyment in shaping communication and change management processes
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for project rollout support
  • Good communication skills to organize training sessions and create training materials
  • Good English skills; additional language skills are desirable but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the analysis and implementation of new purchasing and invoicing processes
  • Preparation and maintenance of master data for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tool (e.g. user data, suppliers, items)
  • Testing the P2P tool in English or local language for various processes
  • Support in communication and change management activities within the project
  • Steering the rollout of the project in all Douglas countries
  • Organization and execution of training as well as creation of training materials in English or local language
  • Onboarding and support of suppliers for the P2P tool
