Description:

Luca Line Services is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager (Apprentice)! This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual to gain valuable experience in the exciting field of External Wall Insulation (EWI).
About the Role:
Under the direct and continuos supervision of an experienced Project Manager, you will gain practical experience in all aspects of EWI project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Supporting site supervision and quality control activities.
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparing project documentation and reports.
- Learning about building regulations, health and safety procedures, and best practices in EWI installation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong interest in construction and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full Driving License.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Some experience in construction or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., in construction or project management).
