Experience Demonstrable experience of Project Management or Project Support. Experience working in a fast-moving, customer-focussed, quality-led environment. Experience working in an acute NHS setting. Experience of working with clinicians (or other professional body) and operational staff groups.
Involvement in service improvement initiatives that work to tight timescales. Job Activities Produce good-quality management and project reports. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills. Records Ability to find ways of solving problems.
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Programme and project management software to enable production of good-quality reports to project boards and other audiences. Proficient in the use of Internet and e-mail. Ability to work on own initiative within parameters set by senior project colleagues or project chair. Results orientated.
