Responsibilities:
As a (Junior) Project Manager (f/m/d), you will engage in the full lifecycle of customer projects. Your responsibilities will grow in stages, starting with these key tasks:
- Development Methodology Expertise:
- Master the development methodology and act as its ambassador for the development teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures to enhance project outcomes.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Track and report project status regularly to stakeholders.
- Update cost forecasts and handle invoicing.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Sparring with senior project managers, primarily based in Germany, to gain guidance.
As your career progresses, you will take on the responsibility of managing projects independently.
- Successful Project Delivery:
- Coordinate projects with customers based in Europe and virtual teams from Europe and Asia.
- Together with your team, ensure the project’s successful delivery, meeting the scope, time, quality and budgetary requirements.
- Customer and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for both the customer and management.
- Discuss project setup requirements with customers and align on milestones and next steps.
- Facilitate regular communication to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Negotiation project scope with customer
