Responsibilities:

As a (Junior) Project Manager (f/m/d), you will engage in the full lifecycle of customer projects. Your responsibilities will grow in stages, starting with these key tasks:

  • Development Methodology Expertise:
  • Master the development methodology and act as its ambassador for the development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures to enhance project outcomes.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
  • Track and report project status regularly to stakeholders.
  • Update cost forecasts and handle invoicing.
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Sparring with senior project managers, primarily based in Germany, to gain guidance.

As your career progresses, you will take on the responsibility of managing projects independently.

  • Successful Project Delivery:
  • Coordinate projects with customers based in Europe and virtual teams from Europe and Asia.
  • Together with your team, ensure the project’s successful delivery, meeting the scope, time, quality and budgetary requirements.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for both the customer and management.
  • Discuss project setup requirements with customers and align on milestones and next steps.
  • Facilitate regular communication to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  • Negotiation project scope with customer
