We are seeking a technically skilled and passionate Junior Project Manager to support our Talent Acquisition team. This interim role will focus on optimizing our recruitment channels, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient budget management. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition strategy and potentially transition into a long-term role.
You will report directly to our Director People Germany - Josefine Tonn.

Job Description

  • Take the ownership in building, optimizing, monitoring, and scaling up all our recruiting channels for the AUTO1 Group
  • Negotiate for new or already existing contracts from external service providers (e.g., job boards, agencies) under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor and project budget for the Talent Acquisition team group-wide, focusing on OPEX.
  • Collaborate closely with our local Talent Acquisition team and provide support on the individual channels, potential for adaptation, and derive process improvements.
  • Understand the impact of each channel by analyzing data performance tracking, while keeping an eye on the exact conversion rates, costs, and our budget

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales / Marketing / HR / business-oriented degree, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Good communication skills for contract negotiations and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in common Office applications or Google Workspace; good knowledge of Excel and creating formulas.
  • Solution-oriented work style with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Business confident language skills in German and English to be able to communicate in our team but also to negotiate successfully
