Junior Project Manager
Location: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Junior Project Manager role is primarily responsible for assisting in project planning, scheduling and coordination. Working closely with our Senior Project Manager and Managing Director you will be involved in daily tasks and project execution, communicating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress tracking.
The Junior Project Manager shall also contribute to achieving the overall InfoConsulting Australia consulting budget and targets. You will ensure proper governance and quality assurance of project execution. Customer success is a very important part to the engagement with our clients as their trusted long-term advisors.

THE MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support senior project managers in daily tasks and project execution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress tracki
• Responsible for the successful delivery and resourcing of all projects allocated.
• Will oversee and be accountable for all implementations (including optimising utilization and allocating appropriately skilled resources) on the project.
• Management of customer expectations for projects where acting as project owner.
• Provide billable consulting services.
• Work closely with the Sales & Account teams to drive activity from new and existing customers
• Assist with Pre-Sales as required.
• Prepare regular project reporting.
• Provide project forecasts and profitably numbers on their projects.
• Provide support to other departments as required, including sales, support and account management.
• Use all company methodologies, documentation and procedures in providing these services.
• Both interstate and overseas travel may be required from time to time.
