• We’re seeking a Project Manager to drive our product initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of our financial intelligence solutions.
• You: Bring 2+ years of project management experience in fintech/tech, excel at stakeholder management, and communicate fluently in English and Italian. Experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven products is essential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience in fintech/tech companies
• Strong understanding of financial services and credit processes
• Proven track record with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence
• Experience with data-driven products and technical documentation
• Outstanding organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Basic understanding of ML/AI concepts and API documentation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferre

Reporting to our Co-Founder and CPO Luca, you will:

• Assist sprint planning and execution for our products, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution of project timelines
• Maintain technical documentation in Jira/Confluence for our transaction analysis and document processing systems
• Track and report on key metrics including model accuracy, processing speeds, and automation success rates

Success in this Role Means

First 3 months:

• Master our product suite and technical infrastructure
• Establish effective communication channels with all stakeholders
• Take ownership of sprint ceremonies and documentation

6 months:

• Independently manage end-to-end project delivery
• Drive process improvements in project execution
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
