Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to grow in project management within the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, Planning, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support the project team in daily administrative tasks.

Qualification:

  • A level education level
  • Experience in project management or a related role.
  • A very basic high-level understanding of cybersecurity industry.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness and a basic understanding of project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
