Description:

As a Junior Project Manager you will work with a Leader to assist in managing the end-to-end delivery of operational or regulatory projects that address changes we are required to make.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with cross-functional teams across RAC to determine solutions and approaches to meet business requirements and objectives, including identifying project dependencies and resolving them.
  • Managing the project schedule, scope, budget, issues, risks, and dependencies; overseeing the development and implementation of project artifacts, and coordinating with leaders to troubleshoot challenges
  • Designing and developing strategies and processes in consultation with stakeholders to support project implementation, and reviewing and responding to relevant regulatory issues
  • Working with the change team to ensure effective change management activities, including business engagement, readiness, go-live activities, communications, training, and transition plans
  • Directing, monitoring, coordinating, and motivating the project team and service providers; managing regular project status reporting for the Steering Committee; and conducting post-implementation reviews and project closure activities

What are we looking for in you?

  • Qualifications in project management e.g. Prince2, Agile, MSP is highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline
  • Experience in a project environment in an operational/service delivery environment
  • Process-re-engineering and business improvement experience is desirable
  • Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies is highly desirable
