Job Description
The Junior Project Support role is designed to assist in the successful execution and management of projects within the organization. The primary responsibilities include data entry, opportunity tracking capture and analysis, project portfolio management, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the program management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately input and maintain project-related data into the project management systems.
- Ensure data integrity and regularly update records as required.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis.
- Opportunity Tracking and Analysis:
- Capture and track project opportunities and leads.
- Assist in the analysis of potential projects and their alignment with business goals.
- Support the preparation of reports on opportunity tracking metrics.
- Project Portfolio Management:
- Assist in the organization and management of the project portfolio.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure that project timelines are adhered to.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Manage correspondence and communication with project stakeholders.
- Other Duties:
- Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team.
- Assist in the organization of project-related events and meetings.
