QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Educated to A ‘Level and Degree (Preferable) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum English & Math’s GCSE’s Grade 6 or equivalent.
- Finance or Data Related Course Certification (Preferable).
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with formulas and data visualization tools.
- Strong Data Analysis and Reporting Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of IT systems and prior experience with CRMs or PMS software.
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work towards deadlines.
- Eager to learn new tools and techniques actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement and development.

Responsibilities:
JOB ROLE SUMMARY
The business is agile and fast-paced, and we are looking to recruit an equally enthusiastic candidate to be part of the operational support team of the business. The team works as a support link between departments ensuring day-to-day activities are smooth and efficient with the primary goal of driving operational excellence. The 3 key functions the team works on are: reporting, onboarding and systems & processes.
As a Junior Property Analyst, you will be part of the operational support team and your primary responsibilities will include the collation, analysis, and reporting of property data. The main task of these responsibilities would be the curation of weekly and monthly reports for internal and external parties.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also assist on projects leveraging your technical skillset for internal data audits, transfers, and corrections to support the SLT.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, quick learner, be motivated, and hard-working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COMPANY REPORTING
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Analyst to gather, analyse, and compile data for monthly and weekly company KPI reports.
- Assist in the curation of visual data models to appropriately report KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to set appropriate industry/market-related targets.
