Your future tasks:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Publisher Account Manager to kick our monetization and publisher team into high gear. As a Publisher Manager at PIA, you’ll be in the driver’s seat from start to finish—whether it’s building a solid sales pipeline of affiliates or sealing the deal. On the account management side, you’ll ensure we’re delivering top-notch traffic for our clients’ campaigns. This role can be based in Western Europe, with a preference for our office in Berlin.
- Close Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Monetization to boost our sales pipeline and strengthen partnerships with potential traffic sources
- Pipeline Management: Keep a robust pipeline of prospects and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management
- Outreach and Representation: Engage with publishers through online and offline channels and represent us at trade events and conferences
- Inventory Management: Oversee existing inventory yields by trafficking ad campaigns within our ad ecosystems, including DSPs, Affiliates, and Ad Marketplaces and support in managing our demand inventory
- Trend Analysis: Monitor revenue, performance, and optimization metrics to analyze traffic placement trends within our inventory sources
- Digital Media Expertise: Have a solid understanding of digital media campaign setup, optimization, strategy, and reporting to effectively communicate with internal teams
- Data Analysis: Skillfully navigate large data sets using pivot tables to validate leads across various advertising exchanges, networks, and direct publisher traffic sources.
Your profile:
- First Experience: At least one year in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management within an Ad Agency or AdTech/MarTech/Mobile Industry
- Mobile Advertising Knowledge: A solid understanding of the mobile ad industry is essential
- Self-Starter: Able to take full ownership and initiative, working independently with confidence
- Research Skills: Capable of conducting comprehensive, client-facing research
- Startup Mentality: Motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Relationship Building: Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Positive Attitude: A hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong eagerness to learn.
