Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst (French Bilingual) who considers themselves dynamic, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with Development, Design and the QA Lead/Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality insurance applications through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices following a clearly defined QA methodology and in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures with a focus to deliver high-quality value-adding solutions to our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Participate in Sprint planning/retrospection meetings for each sprint.
- Good experience in Test estimates, Test strategy/Test plan Sprint Summary report and assist the team in arriving the test scenarios.
- Design and complete (SIT/E2E) Test Cases and review the test scenarios/conditions and test cases.
- Participate in Defect triage & walkthrough sessions and Identify key risks, issues, and challenges for the program and communicate the same with the different team members including business and IT.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
