Description:

We’re seeking a Junior QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance Team and help us build Prezi, a world-renowned presentation platform used by millions. Join us to empower users in creating visually compelling presentations and deliver an exceptional visual editing experience, with challenges such as spatial structuring and navigation.
Prezi offers a suite of products: Prezi Present, Prezi Design, and Prezi Video. In this role, you’ll be embedded in one of the teams responsible for Prezi Present.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a QA Specialist, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team and report to Andrea Nara, Senior Director of Product Operations and Quality. Your mission is to advocate for our customers’ experience, ensuring each Prezi product maintains the highest quality. This extends beyond testing functionality; you’ll play a key role in helping the team deliver reliable and exceptional user experiences.
We expect you to be familiar with our products so that you can accurately anticipate and report user feedback. You’ll work on diverse projects, from major feature releases to minor updates and quick-turnaround experiments, all aimed at optimizing customer experience and quality across platforms.
In this role, you’ll actively engage at every stage of the product development cycle, collaborating closely with product designers, developers, data analysts, marketing experts, other QA specialists, and product managers. You will own the quality and customer experience from discovery through release, offering constructive input to shape the best solutions for our users.
You’ll also maintain QA processes within the team and are encouraged to suggest improvements in product, technical, design, or other workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver high-quality work and continuously strive for growth.
  • Identify, document, and follow up on bugs, leveraging your technical and functional skills.
  • Design, maintain, and execute test suites aligned with technical specifications and user requirements.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable test suites and cases that meet the QA team’s standards.
  • Actively participate in team discussions, providing constructive feedback to guide user-focused solutions.
