KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a team responsible for licensing, tenant, identity, and access management concerns within WithSecure™ Elements ecosystem. You will be responsible for quality assurance activities at every stage of software development process:

• From requirement analysis (Jira) and software design (git, Confluence).
• Though test automation (Python, Node.js, Playwright).
• Down to deployments (Jenkins) and monitoring production systems (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Grafana).

The team (12 engineers based in Finland and Poland) owns multiple continuously delivered microservices and UI components. We use AWS (IaC, Lambdas, ECS, Beanstalk, RESTful APIs, SNS/SQS), tech stacks like Python, Java, Node.js, VueJS, and PostgreSQL, DynamoDB storage.
Quality and test automation are shared responsibilities for everyone. In your role as a Quality Engineer, you will support the team in automating API, integration, and end-to-end tests. You will also participate in requirements analysis, design, and operations of our software services. You will work closely with an experienced Quality Engineer who is also dedicated to our team.
This position does not necessitate extensive cybersecurity expertise. You will receive support from cybersecurity professionals.
