POSITION OVERVIEW
As a crucial member of the Tech Lab, the Junior Quality Resources Analyst is tasked with enhancing internal processes to ensure stakeholders achieve optimal results. Working collaboratively, the role primarily involves creating and standardizing documentation, facilitating process mapping, and synthesizing process metrics into actionable reports. The analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting various organizational areas, including the Phalanx program, while adhering to the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with dynamic processes, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to the organization’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation (e.g., using Visio or Lucidchart)
- Experience with OKR methodology and process support
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level)
- Ability to identify and propose process improvements
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, particularly using Excel
- Familiarity with version control for process documentation
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with specific quality resource management software is a plus
- Knowledge of tools like Jira or ClickUp for issue management

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain visual process maps to document and analyze workflows, ensuring stakeholders comprehend the process structure and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and error reduction, serving as a reference for process execution.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and document process requirements and specifications through interviews, surveys, or workshops, facilitating accurate documentation.
- Maintain version control for all process documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility of up-to-date information for stakeholders.
- Respond to and resolve user complaints and queries related to process issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Provide support in the Phalanx program, overseeing the recruitment and training of new members to maintain program quality.
- Identify and escalate technical issues (bugs) reported by users from the Phalanx and other applications, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.
- Analyze and report on cases to identify improvement opportunities in processes, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Propose and support process improvements with a focus on quality and efficiency to enhance process outcomes and align with strategic goals.
- Utilize data, statistics, and metrics to create comprehensive reports that aid in decision-making and process optimization.
