SKILLS, EXPERIENCE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study
• Preferably with 0 - 1 year relevant working experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Basic AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) will be be added advantage

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
• Prepare and submit tender
• Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors
• Submission of work approval to relevant local Authorities
• Manage tender administration
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer
• Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned
• Attend site meeting and record minutes of meeting
