Responsibilities:
- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining rate information in the company’s system.

- Developing and documenting standard procedures related to rate entry and rate auditing.
- Collaborate across the organization to assist with project plans and timelines for new initiatives being rolled out across the organization.
- We are a hands-on, team-focused company. No meeting is too senior or important to involve the candidate and no task is beneath the candidate. We all contribute in many different ways.
- Spot rate shipments that have moved without contracted rates, and establish rates for new lanes.
- Providing training and support to other departments on rate entry and compliance processes.
- Auditing rates to ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and regulations.
